Our Environmental Impact

We are committed to building LEED Silver+ buildings in an effort to reduce our global footprint. Through our green building initiatives, we can effectively reduce carbon emissions, air and water pollution. We place great value on recycling materials, water and natural resources. We strive to incorporate alternative energy sources via solar, water reclamation programs and reduce water usage whenever possible.

We stand behind our core value of always acting with transparency, honesty and respect in each and every interaction and we require the same from our vendors, suppliers and consultants. Our three Managing Partners share equal ownership stake in the firm and are compensated equally. We take a proactive approach to annual, independent, third party audits regardless of any additional requirements from our financial partners or investors.
